The student at Alleyn’s have varied and diverse futures ahead of them. Our primary aim is to help students “find their thing” whatever that may be, enabling them to leave us excited, confident and well-equipped for their future.
We envisage that the majoirty of Alleyn’s students continue their studies at top universities in the UK and overseas, including the US where we have specialist support via our sister school in New York. We also support students in pursuing a wide range of other opportunities, including degree apprenticeships, Foundation Art courses, and specialist music and drama programmes.
Our students are guided by a dedicated careers team who support them on their journey to what they might like to do, and how to get there, whether that is through university or a more vocational pathway.
When it comes to university admissions, we have a dedicated team to support with that too. Our UCAS team will work alongside students as they apply for their top choice universities and support them with all the admin involved. If they are considering an overseas university, there is a team to help with that too.
A variety of events are staged throughout the year, to open students’ eyes to different career pathways including the Higher Education Fair and the Festival for Inspiration.
